Getting the right advice is always important, but it's especially important if you have received notice from the Department of Home Affairs that it:

• Is intending to cancel your visa (Notice of Intention to Cancel),

• Has cancelled your visa (Notice of Cancellation), or

• Is considering refusing or has refused your visa application
